Shuttle
While there are plenty of shuttle options at the airport, the Gaylord Palms has partnered with Mears Transportation for easy shuttle service.
- Fees for shuttle service to and from the airport range from $17 to $34.
- Mears Shuttle departs from the Gaylord Palms Transportation Lobby.
- Mears Shuttle drops off at the Gaylord Palms main lobby entrance.
- Mears Airport Shuttles pick up from Gaylord Palms at 20 and 50 minutes past the hour, by reservation only.
- Mears requires that you leave the hotel 3 to 4 hours prior to your flight time.

Taxi
Typical cab fare from the airport to the hotel is approximately $50- $60 before tip.
Please note: It is recommended that when leaving Orlando you check-in with your airline approximately two hours prior to your scheduled departure to allow plenty of time for security procedures. The Mears Airport Shuttle requires you to please leave the hotel 3 to 4 hours prior to your flight time.
The ACFE will provide a daily hotel shuttle service from Sunday, June 17 to Thursday, June 21 from 5:00 - 10:00 p.m. The complimentary continuous shuttle service will run every 30 minutes to and from Pointe Orlando and Universal CityWalk for all ACFE attendees and guests. Shuttles will begin departing at 5:00 p.m. from the Convention Center Entrance of the Gaylord Palms. Final departure from Pointe Orlando and CityWalk will be at 10:00 p.m.*
The Gaylord Palms offers complimentary scheduled shuttle bus service to Walt Disney World® theme parks and the Downtown Disney® area. Shuttles depart from and return to the Gaylord Palms at the Transportation Lobby on a daily schedule, available at the Concierge Desk. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early as all shuttles depart on time and run on a tight schedule.
