What Do the Icons Do?My Conference: Enter your customized schedule to view shows your schedule by day.Schedule: Review the full event schedule with activity times, room numbers and descriptions. Maps: Navigate the event to find sessions and exhibitor booths. News: View the latest "Live From the Conference" coverage. New content will be added throughout the event, so check back often!Photos: Have you been captured by one of our photographers? Check out the conference photo gallery and browse through pictures of attendees, sessions and special events.Videos: Watch video clips from speakers and attendees, plus moments from the conference you may have missed.Speakers: See a list of all the speakers at the event. Tap the speaker’s name to see a bio and a list of sessions that the speaker is presenting at.Exhibitors: Check out exhibitors and sponsors, and find their booth in the Exhibit Hall. Highlights: Find more information on Conference features including the Career Connection, networking and special events.Attendees: Search for attendees and share your contact information.Social Media: See who is posting, tweeting about and discussing the event, and share your own experiences. To make a change to your registered conference schedule, please visit FraudConference.com.Frequently Asked QuestionsHow do I log in?Prior to the conference, you should have received an email inviting you to activate your account. If you did so prior to downloading the app, you’ll be able to log in with the credentials you set up in that step.What if I didn’t receive my email invitation or forgot to activate my account?If you did not receive the confirmation email or did not activate your account in advance, you can request a second email be sent directly from the app. Just tap “I have a CrowdCompass Account”, then scroll down to “Didn’t receive confirm instructions?” Choosing this option will resend your confirmation email to the email you used when your registered for the conference. Once you receive the confirmation email, follow the instructions to activate your account and complete your profile. Why do I need an account?We require an account for two reasons: to protect our attendees’ privacy, and to allow your custom information to be accessible only by you.I tried logged in using a social media account and it doesn’t recognize me. What went wrong?Your invitation and personal information, including your custom schedule, are tied to the email address you registered for the conference with. If your social media account uses a different email address for the log in, the app cannot verify that you are an attendee. Log in with the email address and password you used to confirm you account, then connect your social media accounts in Account Settings. First, navigate to the Event Directory by tap the menu icon in the upper left corner of your screen, the tap "Return to Event Directory" at the top of the menu screen. From the Events Directory, tapping the Settings icon will enable you to manage your account and your profile, including connecting your social media accounts and updating your email address in Account Settings. I have a Blackberry. Can I still download the app?We are not able to support an app for Blackberry, but you can still view the same information though the web-based version at crowd.cc/acfe2013.Can everyone see my personal information?No, profiles are automatically set to Private and only your name is visible. To make your profile information visible, navigate to the Event Directory in the app and tap the settings icon. Don't forget to complete your profile by adding your organization, title and other information.Where can I find my contacts, notes and other information I’ve saved?Tap the navigation icon in the upper left corner of the home screen for additional options.Need more help?
