TRANSFER AND SUBSTITUTION OF PRIZE. Hotel prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable to cash or to another person. In the event that a winner so waives his or her right to receive a prize, or if a winner cannot be contacted by ACFE within thirty (30) days of the date of selection of that prize, or in the event that a winner is ineligible to win the contest, ACFE will choose another winner by random selection from all remaining valid entries, and will notify the winner in the same manner provided above.5. ELIGIBILITY. The contest is open to ACFE members in good standing residing in the United States. Must be 21 years or older to win. Void where prohibited by law. Winner may be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and compliance with contest rules and a liability and publicity release.6. TAXES. This contest is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. It is void where prohibited by law.
