Bob Rudloff is Vice President of Internal Audit for MGM MIRAGE. Based in Las Vegas, Bob is a 27 year veteran of the gaming industry. Currently he is responsible for directing the Company-wide internal audit program at all owned and operated properties. Prior to joining MGM MIRAGE, Bob was Director of Internal Audit Services with PricewaterhouseCoopers serving diverse clients such as Starbucks Coffee Company, Overture Services, Gemstar-TV Guide, Hypercom, Hyatt Gaming and the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians. Other positions included serving as Corporate Director of Internal Audit for Trump Hotels & Casino Resorts, Inc, Director of Internal Audit for the Trump Taj Mahal Casino Resort and Trump Plaza Hotel and Casino, and Internal Audit Manager with Harrah's casinos.
Mr. Rudloff is a recognized leader in the internal auditing profession having held positions of leadership within the Institute of Internal Auditors at the local and international level for over twenty years. Mr. Rudloff is a past Vice Chairman of the Board for the IIA. He was the Chairman of the IIA’s 2003 International Conference, and currently serves on the IIA’s International Conference Committee and the IIA’s Gaming Internal Audit Group Advisory Board. Previous positions with the Institute of Internal Auditors have also included Regional Director and District Director. At the local level, he has served the IIA’s Atlantic City chapter as President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and General Chairman of the 1989 and 1996 Eastern Regional Conferences. Mr. Rudloff is currently a Governor for the Las Vegas Chapter.
Mr. Rudloff is a frequent speaker on internal auditing, fraud and gaming industry topics at local and national conferences and seminars. Mr. Rudloff has been an Adjunct Instructor in Accounting for UNLV, and currently serves on UNLV’s Accounting Advisory Council. Bob has also been an Adjunct Instructor in Business, Accounting and Auditing at Richard Stockton State College and Atlantic Community College in NJ. At Atlantic Community College he served on the school’s Accounting Curriculum Advisory Board and developed and taught their first course in Auditing. Mr. Rudloff received undergraduate degrees in Advertising and Accounting from Castleton State College in Vermont and an MBA from Rowan University of New Jersey.
Bob is married and has three children.
