What if I need to cancel my registration?
Please contact ACFE directly at (800) 245-3321 / +1 (512) 478-9000 to cancel your registration.
Our cancellation policy is intended to keep costs low for attendees. Due to financial obligations incurred by ACFE, Inc. you must cancel your registration prior to the start of the event. Cancellations received less than 14 calendar days prior to an event start date are subject to a $100 administrative fee. No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations received on or after the start date of the event. Those who do not cancel and do not attend are responsible for the full registration fee. Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

How do I know if I'm registered?
You will receive an emailed confirmation once we process your completed registration form or handle the registration over the phone.
What if I sign up for an event that is already full?
You will not be able to register for a breakout session that is full. The session will be marked closed.
When will I receive my name badge?
Your badge will be in your registration packet and will be available when registration opens.
How do I pay with a purchase order?
We will need to have a copy of the purchase order, so either mail or fax it in to us. Government or educational institutions only.
Will handouts be provided onsite?
Course books for the Pre- and Post-Conferences will be handed to you when you first arrive at the registration desk. An online link to the Main Conference course materials will be provided before the event and may be printed prior to arriving at the conference. A CD will be provided to all conference attendees with all course materials for future reference.
How can I pay my balance?
You can pay with a credit card, check, wire transfer, money order, or cash on site.
What about a photo ID?
Photo ID is not required.
Where will the exhibits be located?
Exhibit Hall A in the San Diego Convention Center will host this year's exhibits.

Where will the ACFE Bookstore be located?
The ACFE Bookstore will be located in the Exhibit Hall. Browse hundreds of the latest titles in anti-fraud education, meet featured authors at daily book signings and take advantage of the special savings on select titles.

Where will the Cyber Café be located?
Stay connected during the conference at the on-site Cyber Café, located in the Exhibit Hall. Check your e-mail, connect to the Internet or download files in your free time. The ACFE Cyber Café will feature:
Walk-up computer stations set up with flat screen monitors and Internet access
Laptop plug-in stations with Internet access
Wireless Zone

Hotel Deposit Policy: All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card.
How do I cancel my hotel reservation if I need to?
Hotel cancellations will be handled directly by the hotels, please contact the hotel to cancel your reservation.
How can I make a special needs request?
The ACFE will gladly arrange for special accommodations if you have a disability or dietary need that might otherwise limit your participation in the conference. Simply check the appropriate box on the registration form or contact the ACFE at +1 (512) 478-9000 / (800) 245-3321 prior to May 2, 2011. Requests submitted after May 2, 2011, cannot be guaranteed.
What do I wear to this conference?
Dress for all daytime events is business casual. To ensure your comfort during the workshops and other events, please bring a sweater or light jacket. The average June temperatures in San Diego range from 63°F to 72°F. Casual wear is accepted nearly everywhere you go and comfortable walking shoes are a must.
Smoking Policy
The San Diego Convention Center is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is prohibited in all meeting rooms and interior public space.
Meal Policy
Meals will be provided at the following:
Pre-Conference: Refreshment breaks only
Main Conference: Refreshment breaks, daily Continental Breakfasts, and (2) group lunches (lunch not served Wednesday, June 15)
Post-Conference: Refreshment breaks, daily Continental Breakfast and (1) group lunch (lunch not served Friday, June 17)
