On Tuesday morning, the ACFE presented several members and chapters with awards for excellence before introducing keynote speaker Alice Fisher. A new award for Speaker of the Year, the Baker Award, was announced and a special memorial was presented in memory of the late Jim Baker, who passed away just days after ACFE President Jim Ratley presented him with the first award, named in his honor.

Keynote speaker Dr. Robert Hare, Emeritus Professor of Psychology at the University of British Columbia and author of Snakes in Suits: When Psychopaths Go To Work, was a hit with the lunchtime audience.

At the end of the day, conference attendees had an opportunity to relax and mingle over drinks and hors d'oeuvres at the Networking Reception in the Prudential Tower Skywalk Observatory.
