Learn about new rules concerning discovery and electronically stored information (ESI) in litigation, document retention issues and liability, and other areas of concern for discoverable material in your fraud examination.

3:50 - 5:00 p.m.

Legal Principles and Procedures
In this session, you will learn about the latest court rulings and legislation, including the third party fraud claims and the Stoneridge Investment case, Foreign Corrupt Practice Act decisions, as well as other significant changes in several other legal principles.
