    Discover and understand the elements of the FCPA and the related penalties. Through the discussion of several case studies, you will learn the high-risk business activities and "gray" areas that are commonly used to perpetrate this fraud.

     

    2:25 - 3:35 p.m. 

    FCPA Investigations Strategies

    Learn the strategies and methodologies needed when dealing with potential FCPA violations and how to plan and prepare for this type of investigation. In this session, we will focus on the legal side of the investigation, as well. You will learn how to work with legal counsel and identify potential disclosures you may be required to make.

     

    3:50 - 5:00 p.m.

    Assessment, Prevention and Deterrence of FCPA Violations

    Determine what assessment, prevention and deterrence programs are currently being used to meet the FCPA requirements and how you can implement these programs in your organization.
