How to Register

Groups

Discounts are available for groups of five or more from the same organisation. To register, please provide all registrant details here.

  • Allow 3-5 business days for an invoice once all registrant details are received.
  • A single invoice is issued for all attendees; payable by credit card, check or wire transfer.
  • Individuals are invoiced based on their event registration type and member status.
  • Early registration deadlines do not apply to group registrations.
  • Only one form of payment is accepted per group. Multiple forms of payment are not permitted.
  • Group submissions are not processed until all information, including payment, is received.
  • Individuals cannot be added to a group after it's processed and won't receive the group discount.
  • Once a group is processed, that registration is closed; it cannot be modified or merged with others.
  • Already-registered individuals cannot be added to a group registration.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is intended to keep costs low for attendees. You must cancel prior to the start of the event.

  • 30+ days before the event: Full cancellation, no fee.
  • Less than 30 days before the event: Cancellations are subject to a $300 administrative fee; transfers are subject to a $100 transfer fee.
  • On or after the event start date: No refunds or credits are given.
  • No-shows who do not cancel remain responsible for the full registration fee.
  • If the ACFE cancels or postpones the event, a full refund is processed within 30 days, with notice sent by phone and email.
