There are various ways to reserve your room a the Fairmont Bab Al Bahr.
Terms & Conditions to book your room at Fairmont Bab Al Bahr
- Room rates are in UAE Dirham currency and quoted per room per night.
- Room rates are inclusive of all applicable charges, local fees and VAT.
- The Municipality Room Fee (MRF) of AED15 per room per night is no longer applicable from 1st Sep. 2023. Should it be reintroduced before the arrival date, it will be collected at the hotel upon arrival.
- International buffet breakfast to be taken in Cuiscene Restaurant is included.
- Wireless internet is included in the room rate.
- Valet Parking service is included in the room rate.
- Gym, Pool & Beach Access included.
- Check-in time is 3:00 pm. Check-out time is 12:00 noon. Charges will apply for early check in and late checkout.
- Rooms are offered on Run of the House - preferences (King, Twin, Smoking, Non-Smoking) will be prioritized, but are not guaranteed.
- Rates are valid for 3 days pre and post main group block dates (subject to availability).

*The group rate will be honored until the contracted block of rooms has been sold out or until the cut-off date has expired, whichever occurs first.
